Unlike most of our contracts where we are asked to develop a new website from the group up, this we inherited when the owner decided to change developers. In fact, this was most uniquely challenging aspect of this job.
In spite of some unfortunate technical decisions made long before our arrival, we managed to completely re-skin the site and massively improve the control panel while never taking the site off line for more than a few minutes.
